Mental Health Training Courses & Programs for Older People
Older Australians are often overlooked when it comes to their mental health and wellbeing and it cannot be underestimated how important it is to advocate for better mental health outcomes as our ageing population grows. Older people, their family and carers, and anyone that works or volunteers with older people can benefit greatly from improving their awareness, skills, and understanding of effective interventions, in the mental health problems faced by those over the age of 65 years.
We are committed to working together with anyone interested in promoting positive mental health in older people, and helping support them in their golden years to live well, and lead full and meaningful lives.
